I'm a SY Duckie now. Though I don't have admission interview experience, based on what I learned in Duke, I would suggest you focus more on team work, i.e, how you co-operate your team members with different background, culture, or opinion and make the whole team better than individuals.
As for Matt, he is from corporate background, grew up in a small town, so he is not like people from big cities like NY, L.A, etc, very nice and know how to listen. That's all I can say about him, hehe....Hope you can understand.
I agree with Eutopia said, trying to prepare something interesting, that would impress him for sure. Others I would say are more likely basic questions. Maybe you can add how you can add value to Duke, help the whole community to improve. For example, bring your Chinese experience, both culture and working, to Duke and be more invovled in the school activities and help your classmates better understand China and think issues from global perspective.
