有人听说过University of California, Irvine吗？

今天收到个mail，UC寄来的。

Congratulations! I am delighted to inform you that based on your exceptional GMAT score, our awards committee has prescreened you for consideration for a prestigious Merage Fellowship, pending your successful application to our full-time MBA program by February 1, 2006.  Among other benefits, as a Merage Fellow you will receive a $45,000 scholarship distributed evenly in your two years at the University of California, Irvine.  The Merage Fellowship is awarded to a select few individuals who we feel have exceptional ability and the background to pursue a highly successful career in a management leadership role.  

可我根本没申请这个大学啊！感觉是不是骗人的。光凭GMAT成绩就给人奖学金？！

这学校排名在美国45-50左右，可能更后一点~~~~~

你G多少分？怎么知道你的G成绩？

我的G是720+5.0，自从考完G各种小广告不断。LBS,insead一类的有来京宣讲广告，还有很多杂牌的MBA的广告要我申请（我一看都没听说过名），我觉得是ETS出卖的我，很多G友都收到过此类mail。

不过这个UC的mail算是登峰造极的

如果你进不了前20, 这个学校值得考虑, 地理位置实在是好啊
