yes there is three rounds for international applicants, ED and RD(two rounds)

early decision is for the top analysts on Wall Street. Most of the people are applying for the second round.

Better not apply the early decision of CBS if you just take CBS as a backup choice.

Early Decision is only for those who really take CBS as their first choice, or else you will have to pay $5000, which is not refundable, as a punishment fee....hahaha

But you might feel better if you take the 5000 dollar as a garantee for your application and also pay it to show your apology for your turning down CBS...;-)
