diagree or agree
:it is impossible to be completely honest with your friend.

教授不同意;

prefound
exhibit

阅读部分说 companies  offer  this program by helping employees reach the heathly life and to improve the profit of the company.  1.  this program can help workers quit smoke and lose weight. 2. people can get more holiday days. ( forget another point) 3. company can save the cost because employess will work more effectively . 1. Altough people can quit smoke and lose weight, but it can only last a short period of time. 2. some people do not have time to take vocation, they need to take care of their children and family. 3. some workers would change theri job, so they will not stay in the same company very long.

什么什么 imformation 标题暂时忘了 主要讲的大概是: when people  make decisions, they always think they need more information than they really do. For example,  the professor's friend wanted to hire an assitant a few years ago, they found a great candidate at the begining, he thought he was so experienced. However, he also interviewed some other people after that, when he called the frist candidate, he already had another job, so the professor's friend could not hire that person.

Speaking:

1. Describe one way to improve the system of education in your country.

2. Reading books or listening to audio books?

3. Reading: A letter suggests that students should choose their roommates based on two reasons: fewer conflicts and more dorm residence.
Listening: the woman disagrees with the suggestion: (1). There are not many conflicts between roommates; even if there are conflicts, students should learn to overcome them rather than avoid them. Experiencing conflicts and solving them are part of university life. (2). The reason why students choose to live off-campus is that the price of dorm living is too expensive not that they cannot choose their own roommates. Therefore, allowing to choose roommates does not solve the problem.

4. Reading: information bias--people suffer disadvantages because they want to have as much as possible information before making decisions. The professor's example: once he needed an assistant for his project. The first candidate was ideal; however, he continued to interview for others for a week because he believed he needed more information. A week later, he called the first candidate to offer him the position, but the candidate was already hired by another project. So the professor was basically biased by his desire to have more information.

5. The man has a problem: he cannot ride his bicycle in cold weather anymore. They discussed out two solutions: (1). The man can share his roommate's car, but their class schedules are different; (2). He can buy a used car from one math student at a reasonable price, but owning a car is actually expensive.

6. Two ways to protect natural environment from being damaged by recreational nature walk. (1). Separating humans from the environment by building trails; tourists are only allowed to walk along the trails; (2). Limiting the size of the visiting group. Only small groups under with guides are allowed, and thus reduce the impact on the environment.
