HBS的interview真的很tough啊。问一下LZ，如果是long term goal,难道也要把细节答得那么详细么？我觉得很多东西无法predict的啊，如果长期目标是想建立一个企业，难道也会问怎么raise capital怎么运营的细节么？I I think most interviewers, esp. ad com officers, will not ask such detailed question. The problem is with my interviewer. He is such an experienced guy. He had experience with a top consulting firm, a venture of his own, and the turnaround for an existing company and he launched his own PE fund. Hence he must be very interested in how I would plan to launch my biz. And I only mentioned long-term goal in both the essay and interview. No short-term goal. If you have a concrete short-term goal, maybe you will be asked about your short-term goal.
