I feel a little strange. Because all schools said they will not release any admission information by telephone and fax due to privacy reason. Why do you get information about admission over telephone? I think Email or post should be the only way schools use to let applicants know the result.
to tangyang9: 我觉得也有点奇怪. 除了收到一个电话外, 并没有email来. 不过电话应该不会是假的. I think adcom(not just Yale) will try to contact every admitted students by phone. They only speak to students, not even student's family members.
