在录之前我也是挺忐忑的哈哈，在网上找大家分享的问题也不是很多，这周压着线录完提交了，来攒攒人品~
收集了能够找到的分享以及今年考到的，我觉得题目的池子应该挺大的，所以碰到一样的题目几率应该比较小，但是如果有准备过一些素材，还是有话讲的。
一开始会给你一步步调试设备，有一道practice题目来熟悉一下。practice题目是无限次练的，但是就是那一道题，不会变的。
考试的时候是两道题，我遇到的都是屏幕下面写着问题，视频上一个真人会讲几句关于这个问题的话。然后是45s准备，90s说，时间没说满可以空格键结束，不用傻等着，但是怎么也得说满60s哈。
1、What do you do for fun? （practice题目） 2、What are your passions, interests, and hobbies? 3、What is one lesson you have learned from your parentsthat you wish you had learned sooner?
4、What did you dream of beingwhen you were a kid? 5、How have you handled a difficult interaction? What did you learn from it? 6、Describe a difficult professional decision you had to make. What were the consequences, and what, if anything, did you learn? 7、What do you think is thebiggest impact to who you are today?
8、A person you admire? 最好是说一个和你有关系或有过接触的人 9、你的同事怎么评价你?
10、one word to discribe yourself
11、你最希望和什么样（characteristic）的人工作？
12、你最想去的地方是哪里
13、如果你中了彩票会怎么做？
14、If you could travel across the United States in a car with anyone, whom would you choose to travel with and why?
15、What would you do on a rainySunday afternoon? 16、选择Rotman最重要的原因 17、What traditions do you want to pass on to your children?（今年小伙伴考到的题目） 18、What quality do you value most？（今年小伙伴考到的题目） 19、One thing that everyone says you are good at （我考到的题目） 20、If you can take a person to your MBA class every day , who will it be and why? （我考到的题目，题目大致长这样，我还理解了一会儿...）
以上问题同质化的大家自己归纳融会贯通就好，如果有时间，我觉得也可以准备setback、conflict、leadership、accomplishment、social activities之类的，反正之后面试也会用上的~祝大家和自己好运~

Practice Interview

- Ensure your body and face are at the right distance from the camera
- Check to see that you have proper posture
- Don’t forget to smile! Look into the camera to create a personal connection with your interviewer
- Take a deep breath, relax and be yourself!
Real Interview
- The types of questions you might receive are up to the interviewer
- Some like to test their candidates with skill-based questions, and others are more interested in knowing more about your personality through video
- Interviewers may also opt to use text-based questions, so don’t be alarmed if there isn’t a video question in the interview
Alternatives If you’re missing a webcam, microphone, orlaptop:
- Borrow a laptop from a family member, friend or colleague
- Go to your local library and use the public computers
- Check for any nearby internet cafes, and see if they have the equipment you need
- Complete the interview on a supported mobile device
