怎样申请奖学金 JHU Admission Office

最近很多收到录取、但没有奖学金的同学问“怎样申请奖学金？？？”
招生办老师的答复是：
If the scholarship information doesn't come with the admissions decision, then you were not offered a scholarship. That is the only source of aid that can come through admissions. There is a very small (a couple thousands dollars) scholarship that can be applied for through the Office of Financial Aid, but that isn't even decided on until August.
