作文的编号

请问作文的编号到底是根据什么来判断的？我点了几个链接好像不对呀？新东方的书的编号不是和OG一样吗? 为什么对不上？并且新东方的题比OG多了几道为什么?

我一直没对上题号，请版主原谅！
