不过的确开始学着适应喝冷水和吃凉的东西了

Not that bad.

It really depends on your life style. For example, I was called grass-eating "Ox" by my friend, because I only eat fresh vegie as salad.

Good news, good news. You also got what you deserve, right?

haha, you can call me Mr. deserve next time.

But on the other hand, it is the truth. If you somehow get something you don't deserve, you will suffer from it eventually. i knew some guys used shabby means (fraud GMAT -- taken by "Gunman", fraud Chinese transcripts, fraud recommendations) to get into good schools, and they finally left such schools simply because they could not make it by themselves.

hehe, might not come here as much as now, as the season has approached to its end anyway. And I have accumulated a LOT of work to do!!

However, I always plan to finish my proposal -- to create a school profile for the new-comers. Will see when to do it, and how to do it.

There is a big time GAP from now to the beginning of next season. We might be able to do something in the summer.

Well, baseball season will start soon. Let me focus on Yankees first.

It might be because there are 2 Chinese scholars actively doing research there. Actually, in accounting program of such a research oriented university (even for any university), the percentage of Chinese faculty is pretty high.

I doubt Americans would think in such a way.

As long as the school accepts you (this is the premise), it is school's responsibility to fulfill your pursuit, and it is not your responsibility to meet the school's interest. We talked a lot about "match"; however, if such a "match" turns out to be a pure "copy",both interest and approach so to speak, I think it is a bad thing. This sounds very odd, but I believe most of the Americans would think in this way, as I observe. Of course, you can try both approaches, and obviously, in one approach you might be able to get more or better instruction. However, I would say, go for what you do feel like and what you are indeed capable of dealing with. Before you really engage with something, it is really hard to say.

心理学是一方面,另外就是做behavior研究所需的数据不易搞到,我们作为外国人很难获得相关资源

In the US, the data collection is sufficient.
