Actually, the finance area is full of people with backgrounds in science and technology. one of the 2005 graduate who is working in Merril Lynch has his undergraduate major in mathematics. Several of the finance faculty in CKGSB had PhDs in Physics, Chemical Physics, Biology, for example, Huining Cao, Hui, Ou-Yang, Ming Huang, Jun Liu.
