I apply for Wharton just to further my formal business education. I don't want a career transformation or a change of job.

So you get the sponsorship, I guess.Why don't you consider HBS?

Man , then relax.
To my understanding, HBS has its own weird selection standard. It prefers young kid with two or three years experience. So are you green enough?
