A friend told me recently that their university will offer them a training -preparing for better job in a few days.Some students consider that the training will bring about a large number of opportunities for their job hunting in future, some other students argue that the training would occupy their time spending on research for graduation, which would have negative influence on their obtain employment.In my perspective, I would agree with the former opinion that the better job preparation would bring about a plenty of advantages to students, to school and to the whole country.

First of all, the better job preparation could benefit to the student. Many students have no experience find the appropriate jobs for them even though some of them have accumulated affluent knowledge in their four years study because they are lack of the skill of communicate with employs that they cannot present themself well. Thus, the employ would consider that they may not have the ability to deal with problems for the company. However, the preparation of find job could teach them how to recommend themselves, how to choose the job fit them, and how to perform brilliantly in hundreds of employees.

Furthermore, the preparation of hunting job would enhance the reputation of the universities and colleges. Although, the training of getting a better job would bring about some problems-breaking the research of some students',less attention on the knowledge and skill improvement and so on. However, the universities and colleges take the training deliberately and students treat it as an assistant tool, it will engender a great deal of advantages.
