题目是:For successful development of a country, should government focus more budget on children education rather than on universities.    ersonally I agree with the government shouldfocus more budget on the children education than the university development. Hereall of we know the fact that there are more way of money coming for theuniversity than the children education department, and the amount of theuniversity budget also very large than the children’s. Evidently no one canignore truth the children education is as important as the university, it isthe high time for everyone made effort to draw more attention to the childreneducation. Here are three points about my understanding.
First of all, childreneducation is fundamental one in the whole education system, and it is also verycrucial in our life. As the early thing could influence later things, anenormously elementary education will benefit to a better high school study aswell as the university study. Children could become exemplary teenagers undergood education. On no account can we neglect the effect about the education, wecould make sense of the phenomenon that more children help clean the streetaround neighbor.
Further more, children willequip with exceeding caliber and supreme ability. From the one, they would bevery prepared for the university life. Our country could welcome morebeneficial teenager form the beginning of college life. Apparently moreundergraduate students learn in the library, join in the study club or seat onthe lawn.
 Finallyform my perspective, university environment is very different form any one weexperienced before. It push us to have self-study and study skills. Theprofessors won’t be able to answer our every question, at this moment we shouldimmerse ourselves into the books to find out the truth about any question. Sowe indeed need some excellent teenagers coming college to impulse study.
 In conclusion motivated by my consideration, Iargue that the government should focus more budget on children education ratherthan on universities and this is definitely right direction for the government.
