Well with a 720 school and a great GPA you may want to hold out for a better school (although Lyon, in France is quite famous). As for Paris or not, I think that should depend on your personal goals and your professional goals more than on your friends (you can always visit paris! ) And since I don’t know much about you and your work experience, and your goals, its very hard for me to advise you further!
