Hehe... acording to the profiles of admitted students, I guess the admission committee prefers two kinds of applicants:

1. U.S. students who have potential to do behavioral research

2. International students who have strong math/stat. or engineering background

All admitted applicants this year have master degrees from U.S. universities. But, you will never know unless you try.
