you can definitely apply the second or third round, but not the fourth round. the second round's deadline is 01/15/08, and the third is 02/15, so hope you could have more time to prepare your test. USC is a very speciall school among all MBA programs, please be careful when you apply it, do more research on what kind of people they have recruited.
