013 Some people prefer to eat at food stands or restaurants. Other people prefer to prepare and eat food at home. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

We all face a choice,eating food at home or eating at food stands or restaurant . Some people hold the opinion that eating food at home is superior to eating at food stands or restaurants in many ways. Others,however,contradict eating food at home.Personally,I would prefer to eat food at home because I think it has more advantages.

Ther are many reasons why I prefer to eat food at home, and I would in here explain a few of the most important ones. the main reason is that eating food at home can save a lot of money. It can be given a concrete example.Last sunday night,Simon and I went to a chinese restaurant for dinner,we ordered a bowl of fried rice and a steamed fish dish.It spent each person $20 plus tips.If I use $20 to buy food in supermarket  and cook at home ,I can eat one week. Everybody can see the difference between one night and one week.

Another reason why I support eating at home is that It is good for our health.As we all know,Fast food make a big contribution to the heart diseases,hypertention and make children and adults overweight. Fast food has too much fat and salt and is called junk food. If you and your children want to have a good shape and good health,Eating food at home is the best choice .

One very strong argument for eating at home is that it can improve the relationship of the familay members.Having a good conversition,mother ,father and kids sit around the table with plenty and delicious dinner.What a warm situation!

Of course ,I do not deny that eating at food stands or restaurants has its own merits, such as saving time,meeting some new or old friends.But if all these factors are contemplated, the advantages of eating at home carry more weight than those of eating at food stands or restaurants.From what has been discussed above,we may finally draw the conclusion that eating at home can save your money ,give your a good body and improve the relationship of the familay members.I prefer to eat food at home.
