请教一道essay 题目

“ Comment on your most significant experiences in connection with your work, volunteer or other activities. Discuss your most responsible position.”

到底是要阐述两个题目呢（就是两个可以不相关）还是要一起论述（就是论述最终要职务上经历的significant experience？）

还有，学校说program is "unstructured", 要Describe some incident that illustrates your ability to operate in an unstructured environment. 这个unstructure到底什么意思呢？是说flexible？

多谢，第二条gg的解释倒是很有启发，我以为是说program很灵活，没规定你一定要做什么，所以完全看自己安排。

关于松散的组织，还能给点提示嘛？感觉gg给的例子似乎更关乎teamwork 和leadership哦，是不是呢？
