I'm not a current student, just a senior applying for grad school. Called the admission office today for a 30min Q&A with the recruiter.
For my fellow applicants interested in real estate finance.

1. Class profile: 90-100 students, avg age late 20s to mid 30s, 10-15 fresh undergrads
2. Employment Statistics: Only 50-55% response rate, RE development, banking, consulting, etc.
3. Tuition & Scholarship Opportunities: roughly $75000 for 3 semesters (tution only), $20000 scholarship for one student per class (largest), some other small scholarships

The program recruiter was super nice! Won't name names but called the admin office of a southern school famous for its accounting program last week and had a terrible experience. Anyways, I'll visit the MSRED program in person next week (potentially will take a class as well), will share more details then!

Side note, is there a wechat/qq group for MSRED/MSRE applicants for the 2014 cycle?
