Question- recommendation letter to ROSS

想请问一下

我昨天帮我老板register for Ross’ on-line recommendation

可是到今天中午我老板都还没收到instruction for access to on-line recommendation

而application system里面 我推荐人的status 仍是 “registration unconfirmed”

请教申请的前辈们

ROSS是会先审核推荐人吗?　通常要多久推荐人才会收到confirmation & instruction?
