我的思路：1.limited sample. just two examples to draw a generalization.
          2.ignore other posibilities. the reason why the Good Earth Café make a modest living is not because people intake more beef than people did a decade ago, but because the this cafe's vegetarian food is insipid and can not attract customers.
                    3. there is no strict cause-and-effect relationship. a wide selection of fatty cheeses does not mean people eat a lot of this kind of cheeses.
