Some people think that they can learn better by themselves than with a teacher. Learning by oneself can improve the ability to absorb knowledge, which is an important aspect required in the future job. However, learning form other people is more important and is faster to get knowledge.

 

When you come across a problem, and it is hard for a new learner to solve, teachers can give you a helping hand. Teachers are always familiar with the knowledge in the certain field. And their words are easy for you to understand. When I studied the network, I could not distinguish the differences between switch and hub. I search them by google. wanting to get some information. I did get much information, but I could not understand these explanations. Then I turned to my teacher for help, her simple words make me clear and easy to remember.

 

And what you can get from the teachers is not only the knowledge but also the method to think and the way to solve the problem. Next time, when you come across this problem or similar one, you can solve it all by oneself. You can get much confidence form it. When I wrote an essay for the first time, I could not know how to do with it. It was really hard for me to write down a word. My teacher told me the internet is a good way to find resources. He gave me some websites such as google and baidu. Not long after that, I took part in a research project, again, I had no idea about it. This time, an idea came into my mind—the internet. And I found new sources of resources. That is the databank in which I can get many essays written by professors or authorities. Finally, I finished this project perfectly.

 

And learning by yourself is always boring. You sit at the table, read a book, or surf online for a long time. No one talk to you. But if you learn by a teacher, the teacher may make some games for students which can help the students to understand the knowledge easily. I remember how I learned English when I was young. The teacher made some cute animals and fruits by paper, and grouped us. We were eager to answer the questions for the higher score. We learned fast with fun.

 

Although learning by oneself can practice a lot, but a good teacher can lead you to a success fast and straightly.
