关于GWU财产证明的问题，求助

GWU的MSA网页里面提到:
Financial Certificate for international applicants who require I-20.
我在在线申请的downloadable forms里面看到

Application Checklist--> For all applicants

Visa Request and Financial Certificate-->For international applicants only

两个地方都有提到financial certificate
可是楼上大家又说不用
如果可以不要交当然好
因为visa request and financial certificate有些地方看不太懂
像是You must also provide: a copy of the biographical page of passport; a copy of expiration date of passport; and a copy of all U.S. visa stamps for yourself and any dependents, if any.
