这个题目考的是一个常用结构，就是be of +名词，相当于be +这个名词的形容词，其实这里就相当于were useless.

另外，知道这个是定语从句，所以要有完整的主谓，所以D错，B的语义就都不同了，一个说“没有用过”，C多了代词it，而且语义也不对。

B错了吧，好像应该是attracts，因为主语是名词单数。

觉得C 错了吧，因为名词单独出现，肯定有问题。是不是改成the ranch
