请问financial statement何时开？

极个别学校要求你在申请时就要提供financial statement；这样的话，你就必须早开；
但是，绝大多数学校没有这个要求，你只要在拿到录取通知（正式或非正式的）后，去开financial statement。

Go to a local bank, say China Bank, to ask the specific requirements of this sort of service. In most case, you are expected to put your money, RMB is Okay, into an account; then the bank will issue a financial statement for you.
