我觉得这个题有一个很重要的考点就是句子后面那部分 will fall over and play dead 的主语。

整个这句话的意思是：这个hognose snake 很能虚张声势，从hissing and rearing back, 到 fergning reepreated strikes，都是在描述他怎么虚张声势的，hissing and rearing back后面的这些，应该跟hiss and rearing 平行，都用ing形式，作为impressive bluff的描述。"but"后面说的是，这种蛇虽然虚张声势，但是一旦袭击它的动物没有被它的声势吓跑，那这种蛇最后就会fall over and play dead.原句里but后面带的句子不完整，所以要加个it，这样就完整了， it will fall over and play dead.

我发现在绝大多数情况下，有having都是不对的，prep里面只出过一道题用了having的。另外with 也要格外小心，经常带了with的时候就错了。

个人意见，仅供参考阿。。。
