It is unrealistic for people to expect work for one company or under one employer for all their life. Agree or not?

The development of the work can be seen as a part of human history. It is seems certain that most of us have formed unrealistic picture of work for one by one company or under several employer for all their life. They always imagine work under several employer have a beneficial influence on their work life. However, the information I have collected make me believe that nothing is further form the truth than this view.

  First and foremost, with the globalization has come urbanization, more and more people realized that the corporation only provide a free opportunity to study abroad for the man who was willing to work for the company for all their life. Normally study abroad is too expensive to people who do manual works, what is more, it is a good chance to enrich your academic and social expensive. When you returned after achieve your study, you must gain advantage over other and have acting an important part in your position.

  In addition, work under one employer can increase your loyalty. As a loyalty employee, you can gain more opportunity than other competitor. It is show in a recent survey that people who play an important part in the company are usually worked more than ten years for this company. The employer deemed that more work time in his company means more recognized company's teamwork and cultivate. So work for one company for all their life can give you more opportunity to promote yourself.

  The last but not least, one of the virtue of people work for one company for all their life is When they retire at a age of sixty, the company often regarded he or her as a sort of hero. You deserved much better than others, not only include pension but also respected.

  It is obvious that the development of the modern society requires people gain more opportunities to promote him. In the final analysis, work for one company can give you an advantage to over other rivals.
