Longman iBT can not be downloaded

I can not download Longman iBT. I have tried many times using Flash or downloading directly. Could you tell me what I should do? Thank you very much in advance.

I did read the file that you told me and followed the instruction, but I still can not download the Longman. Acturally, you can see the color of the download sign for Longman is grey, not the light blue like others.
