From my point, it would be better if you ask RL from your internship supervisor or any other professional experience rather than professors from Business school just for courses.
You could also consider some people who are familiar with your research experience or the experience which is not included in your courses. For example, you could ask recommendation letter from your activities adviser who knows your leadership skills even though he/she may have no comments on your professional skill.
If the professor from business school is your only source, then I guess you have to use that one.
Sometimes we know we could do it better, we just don't have enough time or preparation.
Besides all of the choices, ensure that the RL is positive feedback. It is more important than follow the instruction for RL from system.
