1. You'll run into a lot of trouble if you can't get your transcript out.

2. I don't know how much the master's degree can help you unless you have impressive research results to show in the financial field.

3. This would be the most direct way if you are applying for MBA.

I won't worry about your gpa, given your class rank.  I also don't recommend picking a timeline based on your toefl score's expiration date.  If you do have a dream and believe in it, I'm sure you'll pursue it sooner or later.  Just be flexible and be prepared for changes.
