well, it depends on what that entails. you have to send your final official transcript. so every school will definitely check your academic records.
your professional records are subjective to background checks. Columbia financial econ program is under its business school. it is quite possible that they will conduct background checks.
FE and OR programs are under engineering school. i am not sure their policy.

i dont think you should worry too much. it is a part time job plus a long time ago. i feel your most recent two internships matter more.
