这道题为什么选E呢？

with独立主格用法小结:
1.独立主格做伴随状语，逻辑主语为preceding sentence的主语，修饰preceding sentence的主谓、谓语或整个句子
2.独立主格放在句首表原因
3.独立主格放在句末表结果，用法同"comma+v-ing"置于句末表示immediate result
4.遵从touch rule做就近动词的adverbial modifier
5.做介词宾语，遵从touch rule 修饰就近名词

A. with nearly 90,000 tons a year sold to foreign markets, almost half of which going(half of which是属于定语从句，所以定语从句后面要跟完整的句子，这里没有，排除)

B. with the sale of nearly 90,000 tons a year to foreign markets, and almost half of it that goes(and后面接的不是完整的句子，排掉)

C. with the sale to foreign markets of nearly 90,000 tons a year, with almost half of it going(两个with,很awkward,和面那个with到底是修饰前面这句话里的名词呢还是主句主语呢，很模糊，而且这个it的指代也是够不清晰，排除)

D. selling nearly 90,000 tons a year to foreign markets, and almost half of it goes(it指代不清晰，前面的antecendent这么多，到底指代哪个，会有歧义，排除；而且它把原句的从属关系变成了并列关系，改变了句子结构，and后面的这句话个阿根廷has become...并列了，那这个it就更不清晰了，说的好像指代阿根廷了)

E. selling nearly 90,000 tons a year to foreign markets, with almost half going（独立主格放在句末表结果，正确）
