求CD中的大神们给我讲讲伴随状语修饰动词不定式的用法！！！！！为啥我一直觉得伴随状语只能修饰谓语或整个句子？

例如prep07 Pack1 sc 134

正确答案选D，笔记上说是spending做伴随，修饰see，可以这么用么？这样不会引起spending做伴随修饰require的歧义么？

spending less time 在该句子中表示结果，作为requiring doctors to see more patients的结果。
只有see会花更少的时间，require应该不行吧。。。

那spending less time到底是修饰啥的啊？

修饰doctor see这个动作。要看逻辑意思：前面医生看更多的病人，（所以）花在每个人上的时间就少了
