就多关心一下名人的事迹，其实有的时候你也可以以自己为例，编点故事的呀，关键是要能够支持你的论点的例子

TPO 1 综合写作。第一次练习，我没怎么提passage的具体内容，这样可以吗？请指教！如果贴这不合适，还请指出，谢谢！

The lecture contradicts the passage's point that giving employee an option to work a 4-day week will benefit the individual companies, the country and the employees who take the option.

First, the 4-day work option can not increase company profit. The company has to hire more people to fill the workload gap of the 4-day works. The costs for hiring more people would be as below: training cost, medical and housing benefits, more office spaces and more computers. All these would increase the company cost and hence reduce company profit.

Second, the 4-day work option can not guarantee more jobs generated and benefit the country in return. Hiring is time-consuming. The company may request the 4-day worker to do overtime work in order to meet the project timeline. Moreover, some company may expect a 4-day worker to finish the 5 days work within 4-days so that there is no need to hire more employees. As a whole, no more jobs are created.

Third, the 4-day work option put the option taker in risky situation of their career. Compared to 5-day worker, the 4-day worker's work ability is reasonably weaker. Consequently the 4-day worker will probably have less promotion opportunities because the company would like to have a 5-day work manager to cover the full-time company operations.

我用的是自己写的~ 你可以看一看我的自己写一个类似的或者看一看论坛其他小伙伴的文章，其实我那个模板痕迹很明显，我现在也在考虑放弃那个随性写，看看能不能写好一些，前两次用了那个模板综合都是fair嘤嘤嘤
