答案是E，我选的B，B哪里错了呢? 是require sb that错吗？难道这里不可以用虚拟语态嘛？还是说那个it多余了？还是其他原因？

首先需要弄清的是逻辑含义，前面那个是总述，后面那些都是些具体内容（需要并列）

我们这里需要的是一个同位语，解释前面这个现象， the largest share that... that里面那些内容应该是限定前面那个抽象名词的。 A选项读不通呀。。。 tha largest share( for any country) to contribute what?? 这个意思太混乱。
