标题: 求助各位大神，几个看了答案也没弄清楚的语法题
1.Studies of the human "sleep -wake cycle" have practical relevance for matters ranging from duty assignments in nuclear submarines and air-traffic control towers to the satff of shifts in 24-hours factories.
A.to the staff of
B.to those who staff
C.to the staffing of
D.and staffing
E.and the staff of
答案选的是C 我选的是A，答案解释称由于前面的duty assignments 是指职责分配，A中是staff，不搭配.但是A中选项与后面部分连起来staff of shifts-人员的变动，这不是搭配的很好么。

2.A majority of international journalists surveyed view nucliear power stations as unsafe at present but that they will, or could, be made sufficiently safe in the future.
A.that they will, or could
B.that they would, or could
C.they will be or could
D.think that they will be or could
E.think the power station would or could
答案选的是D，我选的是E。但是答案D中的they不是存在指代不明的问题吗，答案说E中的would表示虚拟语气，是对未来的否定，但是对未来表猜测不是也用would吗？

求大神指点啊

duty assignments 动作性名词要与复杂动名词平行。记住这个：
具体名词和动作名词不能平行
简单动名词和复杂动名词不能平行
但复杂动名词可以和动作性名词平行
the staffing of 这个就是复杂动名词~ 刚好平行啦~

第二个我也不太清楚~ 好吧~ 我一直就对would 什么的弄不清~ 不过代词指代问题不是绝对的判断标准，除了单复指代错误和性别指代错误是绝对的外，其它最好还是要留有退路。我觉得也许是因为这两个句子 VIEW AND THINK 是并列的，that作宾语，并列的话与view的宾语一样，这样就是对的~ 清晰无歧义了~ 吧~　　Ｅ那个解释我也不知道～

不太清楚复杂动名词和简单动名词区别额能举两个例子么

简单动名词就是我们平时说的 running 啊这种, 复杂动名词就是加了修饰的： it is often preceded by articles (a, any or the)or adjectives (accurate). marathon running 就是复杂动名词~

我觉得第一个 staff 名词只有职员的意思，如果要做分配人员的意思得用动名词staffing. 所以A不对。
第二题D的话那个view and think 并列，主语是 journalists, 那个they 应该指的是view后面那个 stations ，不会指代不清，他俩并列着。would do 是说将来不会安全的，否定。。
