Cost of 和cost　　ｆｏｒ　是怎么平行的

这个句子到底怎么看平行的成分，我感觉ａｓ是一个位置，ｔｈｅ　ｓａｍｅ　是一个位置。

有的解析为什么还看到了　ｔｈｅ same前？

看OG一个句子想到自己想出的一个句式，感觉是fragment请大家帮我确认一下：

第二个题目先弄清谁和谁并列

这里应该是他和first one to consider and to protray的句式
these 和 they的区别在于，these一般指距离自己最近的一个，they，them一般都是只文中明确的的先行词。这道题目重在平行
