the key:A。这道题是考now与when的比较，但是为什么 B 不对呢，more than也可以修饰numbers呀，请大家指教！

考点：倍数增减的表达

【OG】In B, the construction its numbers are... more is not idiomatic: there are more birds, but not more numbers.

more than强调的是物之间的比较，而greater than强调的是数的增减和倍数的比较！

数目增减和倍数增减的表达的固定方法

倍数（数量词）+形容词/副词比较级+than
five times greater than

这里的its 后面的numbers为什么是复数呢？
