按照OG上的答案,我的理解是admiration for +sb./ admiration of + sth.

就是问admire for 和admire of 的区别

这道题与not onlybut also 无关,but 和also 同时出现纯属巧合

The noun “admiration” as it is positioned in this sentence should take the preposition“ for”, not “of”, since it refers to a person.

综合下述,我的理解是一般说admire for sb; admire sth; 如果有admiration, 则可以说admiration for主语仰慕宾语,admiration of宾语仰慕主语
