这题我就选A。according...to...和such as 两个固定用法。

按照上面这个帖子的说法，好象选D更加合适一点，给我感觉in accordance with 有点遵守的意思，而according to除了没有这点意思，其他都是差不多的。

而且such 后面加上词组 + as：这样的结构也是挺常见到的。

nn翻译和分析一下整个句子吧，离开了句子背景，只讨论两个词组的区别似乎意义不大

我的理解，是根据adherence to labor standards, protection of the environment, and observance of human rights来screen companies,不是screen那些符合adherence to labor standards, protection of the environment, and observance of human rights这些规范的company,所以我同意选A,

如果用in accordence with, 是否这样的表达更为合适：....screen whether the company is in accordence with the adherence to labor standards.......
