为什么划线部分用了those,前面都是its?

还是要读懂句子的意思.

在其早期, 亲属关系决定了Ojibwa社会如何组织劳动, 使用其资源并规定了对这些资源的分配和使用的权利和义务.

the first "its" refers to "the Ojibwa society", and the second "those" used as a definite article points out the resource has beed mentioned before.
