你把C选项里面的as an obstacle to congressioanl passage 用括号括起来再看是不是发觉cite的东西其实是concern？ 原句应该是cite the concern as an obstacle。。。。 但是因为concern后面有一个同位语从句 把as放到后面去会引起歧义的 剩下的就lz理解一下句意啦 ps cite A as B obstacle to do作者: michaelwj1 时间: 2012-8-11 18:49
