这题选C 被弄混了啊！比较对象到底是什么。。。对比较对象的概念突然迷糊了~！

是比较现在造出来的车和以往造出来的车。

A中补全Today's technology allows manufacturers to make small cars more fuel-efficient now than (make small cars more fuel-efficient) at any time in their production history. 所以比较表时间的副词结构所传达的意思显然有逻辑错误。

B中they精确指代前面的small cars，同样的车比较也是有逻辑问题的。

C中cars 和those比较，those代词不是精确指代，只是指代前面出现的名词，为避免重复，所以用those代替cars。

D、E中more的位置变化，含义变了，所以错误，直接排除。
