一定不是B，AB时态都是错误的，was has冲突。E的no less as一定错。CD挺纠结
然后查了一下，是老og的题目，官方给出的解释是D的固定搭配none the less...than错误，没有这个用法。所以C

根据比较对等原则：the use of the new technology应该对应 development....，干掉BD

A中时态前后矛盾，E中少了the，平行好好，而且后面一个has been可以省略

剩下C,这里的句式是倒装句 =“the use of the new technology to revitalize has been No less remarkable than the development of the compact disc”
