这道题答案是A，但是我一直以为which不能修饰整句话啊，而这里显然不是修饰mountains，所以糊涂了。。求NN指点！

这题是GWD的么……我觉得A中的which指代是错的啊……虽然B也不好但比较而言会觉得选B~

这道题仔细一看B是错的，因为原意思是：
几乎不住在石头山里,(在石头山里住)显得他们是山里人，实际上他们曾经住遍了美国每个地方除了一小带极端地区。

注意，是住在山里显得他们像是山里人。

但B选项意思完全倒转了，几乎不住在山里的事实，显得他们像是大山居民，明显逻辑上就错了。而且B选项would是和Fact有点冲突的，would有假设发生的虚拟语气，而fact是已经存在的事实。

如果答案B对，那我是无法理解的。因为B选项错太多

A选项的“，wich”有争议，这里的which不是代指前面整件事情，而是前面整件事情的一个反面，也就是“always live in the Rocky Mountains," 后面的would接的非常恰当因为这是事实的一个反面。

如果这题是渣题，那就没什么讨论价值了，如果说这题真的出现过，那么考的就是，which的用法，可以指代前面某一部分，（反面也是一部分吧？）
