C选项的with states opening伴随修饰的为什么是be marketing。。。

哦是E，不好意思看错了~
prep#2-190笔记上说：由“with＋宾语＋宾补”构成的复合结构，在句中可作状语，表示伴随，修饰邻近分句主语，with后面宾语为与主语相关的东西。.....独立主格是表示一种伴随状态，描述与所描述分句同步发生的事情。
所以个人认为按照上面的修饰倾向，with型独立主格只能修饰临近的分句，C中也是这个道理。况且with states opening不论修饰前面哪个分句在逻辑意义上都不构成动作的伴随，楼主也不用多纠结了~
