我看了OG的说明了, 但是他没有说清楚呀, 我还是觉得Based on 也可以用的, "scholars were based on the accounts of various ancient writers" 很对嘛??
scholars是依靠或使用(basing on或using)古代记载，还是被古代记载所依靠或使用(based on)，判断一下哪个更合理？
另外，如果手上有刘振民的语法书看一下分词那章，应该会很有帮助。
我明白了, 是主被动的原因, basing on 就对了.
