此题的答案是D。
不是很理解解析中对于C错的分析。

望各路NN们帮忙解释一下啊，谢谢！

原句是虚拟语气，正确时态应该是：

对过去的虚拟：If ... had done..., ...have done...
对现在的虚拟：If.... were..., ...would...
对将来的虚拟：If.... should/were to..., ...would...

C的时态一片混乱，不知道要说什么。

除了这个，还有，就是这里用虚拟语气，表示不肯定，但是里面又加个have to，表示必须神马的，又很肯定，这就比较矛盾哈
