看那波妞的注释说是因为NOW是副词位置错误，可是副词在句子中不是可以放在任意位置么？？？

areas now that are temperate 这个areas是现在的，不是过去的。过去的东西不能存在于现在的areas。
表达比较混乱。og、prep上应该有好几道类似的

when可以用，E是个挺迷惑的选项,主要有两个原因不对:
首先,now的位置不合适。OG里说了,now is an adverb and should be placed just after the verb are.
此外, temperate area表温度适度的地区。最好连起来用，比说成：areas that are temperate要简洁、明了。
即：能说delicious cake ，就不要说成cake that is delicious，后者显得很wordy

同意！！ now that are temperate
在句中原本是充当修饰作用的，定语来修饰前面的areas，所以修饰要看：一致性以及能否make sense，还有就是是否wordy和awkward，本题中now that are temperate中that应该是指代词，但是前面并没有单数的名词（根据touch rule),所以that本身也是一个错误，其次就是上面说的now的位置摆放不正确导致了歧义，如果放在句末可能会好一点。
个人愚见，不知对否

弱弱的问那为什么过去完成时不可以呢？这个age不是存在于概念提出之前的吗？
